5 WAYS TO WELLBEING
Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Health Promotion Service are running a public health campaign which aims to improve mental and emotional wellbeing, aiming to raise awareness of action that can enhance individual wellbeing, and also to make people aware of where to get advice and support for healthy lifestyles and mental health in the area. There is an app available to download too.
